MEC Kontsiwe says Nontshinga has done the country proud, “We want to congratulate Sivenathi on his title win. This is a Special One, as Sivenathi is affectionately known was not just representing the people of Chicken Farm where he stays, or the people of East London, or Buffalo City Metro or the Eastern Cape for that matter. He carried the flag of the country high. We are proud of him. He represented us well. We would like to thank his entire team for this success.
