Eastern Cape Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane will tomorrow, Friday 30 September 2022, close off Heritage Month by unveiling a life size bronze statue of Reverend Canon James Calata and handover 200 houses to Madakeni Village beneficiaries in Keiskammahoek and Dimbaza, respectively.
